Navjivan Motors Surat — rc spellings mistake in name

I’m dr. Bhavesh patel. I have purchased a hyundai i10 grand magna auto car from navjivan hyundai motors surat gujarat showroom on 14/12/17.
Car was purchased in the name of dharmishtha bhavesh patel, my wife.
In spite of given proper id proof there was spelling mistake in her name in rc book provided to me.
So i had resubmitted the rc to your executive mr jay desai on 26/02/18 approximately.
It’s been almost two months lapsed but still i haven’t received corrected rc from your side.
Kindly understand the situation and look in the matter.
It would be difficult for me to travel out of station without rc.
I have good faith in you and your brand navjivan hyundai so please don’t disappoint me.
