I have placed an order for flowers to my would be through their online portal http://flower-india.in. After placing the order, they sent a mail to pay extra charges for delivering the flowers on vDay, as rates are higher on this day. They didn't deliver flowers on 14th, I tried calling their customer support, but in vein. On 15th they sent a mail for apology and asked if they can deliver on this day, for which i have responded to deliver. Even after paying extra money they havent delivered the flowers yet. When i'm asking for a refund, They arent responding.

This is a fraud public scam. Flower-India.in, Indiaflowermall.com etc. a lot of flower companies are actually scams where they take payment and run away with the money. The backing fraud company is Navsam India pvt ltd which should be booked for fraud.

Worst service ...paid extra amount for delivering at specific time. But delivery time was changed and when tried to contact customer service, try to be patience will deliver ASAP was the reply.
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PPL.

Very Bad experience with Flower India. FRAUD COMPANY!!! BEWARE PEOPLE!!! I did twice a payment for same order due to their payment gateway error. It's already been 1.5 months, no response and no refund from their side, in spite of continuously following up.
