Nayakapada is an online sales store for women's apparel n sarees. It's promoting on Instagram and Facebook as well. My wife, Sunita Dev was following this account from last 1 year and then decided to purchase a saree of 1680/- which we made a payment through Paytm on 3rd Feb. They said you'll receive goods in 25 days time and if don't receive, then message us. When asked to share despatch details, they denied saying its not possible due to heavy customer fall and that you will receive it. Now, its more than 50 days, they've stopped receiving calls and even not replying to our messages. Forced, we've no option to report this as fraud so that we get our refund at the earliest. Following message was received from them before making payments and giving order.
