Nayakapada Complaints & Reviews

Nayakapada is an online sales store for women's apparel n sarees. It's promoting on Instagram and Facebook as well. I bought a saree of price 1250/- which I have paid through their website https://nayakapada.com/ on Jan 28th. As per the shipping policy it should be delivered within 10 to 25 business days. Now, its more than 30 days, they've stopped receiving calls and even not replying to our messages. Forced, we've no option to report this as fraud so that we get our refund at the earliest.

I ordered a saree from Nayakapada through their whatsapp chat on 14th November. I have been chatting with Saranya. I paid 2750 rupees through Google Pay on 14th November at 3.34 pm.
Since then I had to message many times to find out about my order. First I was told that my order is processed. Then I was told I will be given a tracking number. After messaging many times, most messages were left unanswered, I was told that they are waiting for tracking details.
Finally on 8th December I was given tracking number Bhr50090391 for
Professional courier. On tracking, it shows the parcel at Bhagalpur since 2nd December.
It is 14th December today. I am asking for the saree or a refund. Today I am told if the saree is not dispatched they my money will be returned. That means Saranya has no idea where my saree is or whether it has even been dispatched to my address.
I have waited long enough. I do not want to wait anymore and would like them to return my money alongwith compensation for causing me so much mental tension and stress.
