For my FMGE Dec 2022 exam, I made the payment via Phone pe(online platform), but after the payment the application is still pending. I have contacted my bank they gave me reference number saying that the money has reached the NBE, so I contacted the NBE customer service and help desk multiple times creating 8-10 Tickets for query but no one responding saying that I have to wait, it’s been 2 week since the payment but no response from NBE customer care, please am a student and I don’t know whom to contact as my exam application closing date is near I have left only 4 days, NBE was not responding nor refunding the amount is this is how they respond… please I hope you look into this matter and take some action on this and help me.
