Nobody has taking pain about customer
Nowadays nobody has enough time to round daily ways for the single query.
I am writing very painfully to you. That I haven't got my electric bill for the past 4 months. Regarding this earlier i have contacting our on site home service man
who suggested that I call one by one the office team. I did the same. But it remains the same result.Then i filed an online complaint as dated 20 march 2023. complaint id-[protected].In previous week one person call to us that you have register a complaint, i told yes
he took my electric meter some photo for updating the same in office. In between i call to them
He told us that your bill will be generated as dated 30 april 2023. He suggested please
wait for updating online complaint status.
today message came to me that your complaint has been resolved but after checking the issue it became the same.
Who will be responsible for my bunch of invoices for interest pay.
I request you to do the needful on an urgent basis.
