NDTV — negligence of airline

I would like to report a flught cancellation while i was about to board for my alitalia flight no. Az769 which was about to go from delhi to rome. Being a teenager we were given no assistance and we had to wait at the airport for nearly 9 hours. We were served with no food even tho there was a delay for more than 2 hours and the airline crew has been showing carelessness and negligence. It’s been more than 19 hours and they have not assigned us another flight yet. This situation has led up to total harassment of passangers and we still have no update on whats gonna happen next.
