Ndxp — No loan taken, no BNPL account active still NDXP is showing on CIBIl report

My CIBIL Report shows:
Member Name: NDXP
Account Type: Other
Account Number: 429882
Ownership: individual

I have not taken any loan or have any active BNPL account Still my Cibil shows this as active Loan Account.

Help to resolve.
