I have taken loan through the MoneyView app in november 2021. Paid all EMI in febuart 2022. But it is still active in my cibil name NDXP lender. I contacted to MoneyView but they denied that NDXP is not related to them. However, the loan amount and EMI is same with MoneyView. There is no information related to NDXP loans on the web. If anyone has the customer care number of the NDXP company, kindly let me know....

My CIBIL Report shows:
Member Name: NDXP
Account Type: Other
Account Number: 429882
Ownership: individual

I have not taken any loan or have any active BNPL account Still my Cibil shows this as active Loan Account.

Help to resolve....

I have not apply to this loan, but showing as active in my cibil. This was soo effected my cibil score and reduced to very low. In future I'm not able to get loan for this mistake.

I have never taken loan of any type from NDXP. When I checked my CIBIL report on 19.08.2024, there was a loan of Rs. 65000/- from NDXP was showing in my CIBIL report.

This has impacted my CIBIL score badly and my CIBIL report going continuing going down day by day.

Hi Team,

I have found NDXP loan account was mentioned wrongly on my cibil account where i didn't opt for the loan from them.
which is effecting my CIBIL score. Kindly check and do the needful.

Loan amount of 5lakhs, it is reflecting due to which i am not getting any other loans as well.

The complainant is the loan i have taken of amount of 5000 from above loan id has been closed as per the cibil report, but its still showing as open in cibil report. The loan was closed on 31st of March 2021. But its showing as open open still 06th of March 2024. Kindly close the loan and remove from my cibil report.

I have not purchased or processing any personal loans this Company and account named "NDXP " is showing due loan in my CIBIL Report ... not sure what it is ( it says personal loan ) .
