Ndxp — Unauthorised Ndxp loan of rs. 2570 is showing as pending in my cibil

I don't have any idea where i took this loan from but in my cibil is showing as ndxp loan is pending of Rs. 2570 with loan account number PL00057709. Please resolve this issue. I dont remember from where i took the loan provide me the payment link iam ready to pay.
