Ndxp — Unauthorized credit details put - Loan cancled still showing pending emi and penalty

I have just applied for liquloan for health insurance through policy bazar, and loan was cancled after two-three days, Also informed officially to NDXP team time to time.
Now after six months they are demanding penalty charges and EMI.
This if now affecting my CIBIL score .
