I have not taken any personal loan and it reflect in my credit report the account shows active and dues payment the account number xxxx-0185 with 2 different amts of Rs. 60, 000 & 3, 835 this will affect my credit score and my loan request are getting rejected.

So plz kindly request plz closed unauthorized loan account my end
