[Resolved] Nearbuy/groupon — Website only for cheating customers | |||||
I ordered a soup ladle from nearbuy on 21 december 2015 with order number 543721. I was told the product would be delivered within 10 days. Suddenly, on 24 december I received a message saying the product has been delivered, but, it never was. I still dont have the product and made the full payment in advance. I have contacting the customer care everyday through calls and mails and demanding them to send me the delivery report so that i know who received product because I havent. But, everytime they say the same thing(we have sent your request and are working on it..blah blah blah). No serious action has been taken till now. I ORDERED THE PRODUCT BY MAKING FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE, HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET AND THE COMPANY IS TAKING NO ACTION. I received no call from the delivery team nothing. No one ever came to the registered address but, they sent a message saying the product has been delivered. They company is just cheating customers by taking full payment in advance and not providing with the product/service. ALSO the team is not worth, the staff is very rude and not willing to help. I would never suggest anyone to take any deal from nearbuy/groupon because they just know how to cheat their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
