SUB: REFUND OF AMOUNT 2, 29.500/- ALONGWITH INTEREST
Please refer my earlier letters and telephonic talk and emails about the refund of my money Rs. 2, 29, 500/- which was given to you in 2019. The trip which was booked was not done by you and I requested on several occasions to refund our money.
Due to covid we spent large amount of money in medical and hospitals and now we are in need o[censored]rgent money and hence requested to your owner Mr. Manish Agarwar owner of Neem Travels.
Your company have kept my money since 2019 and I request you to kindly return with interest. When customer fails to pay money on time, the travel company charges interest on the payment. Hence as my right I am claiming my money from you with interest. I have spend my engery, time, mental stress to get my money.
I once again request you to kindly return our money.
