Please refer my earlier letters and telephonic talk and emails about the refund of my money Rs. 2, 29, 500/- which was given to you in 2019. The trip which was booked was not done by you and I requested on several occasions to refund our money.
Due to covid we spent large amount of money in medical and hospitals...

They cancelled our tour and not even refunded one rupee yet. It’s been 2.5 years....

This is to inform you as a tourist we faced issues with neem holidays from day 1 post booking. We had booked for europe tour and there were 47 people in the tour. We were informed orientation will take place on xyz day. We kept on waiting for the final call however post calling we were informed that orientation is already over last week and they missed to call us and on questioning they had no answer to it.
