Neet — amount got deducted twice

After all 3 steps and making the payment the sbi bank merchandise said there is some technical issue please try again. When i did it for the second time it was possible and the amount was deducted twice from my account. I am sure that many people are facing the same issue. Its better the board reply to the students regarding the refund as soon as possible.
The helpline numbers remain useless busy but not responding.
Why should students suffer from such issue between bank and the board during the exams?
Please help us!
