Neighbor — Sewage water stagnation

We are residents of Sembakkam PTC colony 4th Street.We have a neighbour in our street who usually pours the sewage water outside his house which flows form his house to the end of the street.the sewage he pours outs is very smelly( like urinated water mixed with all other household utility wastes like bathing water along with soap essence in it.)Its been a menace in our locality.We are unable to tolerate the issue.We have told him and even all other residents fought with him but he doesn't hear.Ther are kids in this area.If an epidemic breaks out we all should suffer. Our Resident of complaint is Mr.M D Varghese. I have attached a proof along with this complaint. Kindly take some necessary action and save our locality people before an epidemic breaks out.
