Neighbor — tank overflow is damaging your wall

Our neighbor has built his rooftop water tank in a way that when it gets overflow, the water is flowing onto our roof and side wall. Our complete side wall is damaged due to seepage.

This is happening since last one year or more. We complaint about it to the house owner multiple times but he does not listens. He has lent out the premises to tenants and those tenants are negligent. Their overhead tank overflows almost daily for long time.

We want them to divert the overflow water from our roof so that it does not damage our home.
