Neighborhood — Brutally murdered stray dog

A man in my neighborhood brutally killed a stray dog whom i used to feed since he was born. The man used a nail studded wood and brutally hammered on dog's head, then he dragged the dog with his leg and used his car to dumped him somewhere far from our locality. Just a day before that dog died he warned us with an intention to kill my brother but when he saw that that dog was my dearest. So he killed the dog.
