Neighborhood — Menace of a vulgar street dog

Hello sir, I'm lekha sree from pattur near mangadu. We are facing a lot of problems with a street dog and its owner who adopted it . It is a vulgar street dog . It used to scare a lot of people walking in nights, it tries to bite them. That dog doesn't even have proper vaccination history. It killed 4 of my cats, my 6 year old sister tried to save my cat but that dog tried to attack her . Luckily we saved her. But my 4 cats were dead. We complained it's owner about his dog. But instead of apologizing, he scolded us using bad words and tried to attack us . He is a drunkard and arrogant man. We can't take this anymore . The problem is becoming big day by day . Today morning also that dog and its friend killed my 7 months old cat. We don't have tears in oru eyes to cry anymore. Please take necessary actions which is legal. May the soul of my cats rest in peace .
