Neighborhood — doing carpentry work at home terrace disturbing us the whole day with huge noise

We had advised our neighbors not to do carpentry work at home but in spite of many complaints done they continue doing work and huge noise us disturbing and irritating us the whole day. We have a small child who is just 3 months old and he is not able to sleep the whole day because of this noise and our daughter is in first standard and is not able to study because of this carpentry noise since these people continue their work till 9pm late. Have told them several times but no action is being taken.
