Neighborhood — Heavy damage to the walls of our house due to construction of building in neighborhood

I like in New T 51 A Friday market Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 and both side neighbors have done construction of building without talking proper precautions which have caused heavy damage to my walls from both sides. I have to start the painting work because of the damage and it is costing me a huge amount of money as the damage is severe. I have talked to them politely but they are not responding to it. Please take action on this and help me.
