Neighborhood — illegal encroachment on public land and illegal construction

I want to inform that my neighbor mr mahinder kumar gulati resident of 49 b arjun nagar street no 4 krishna nagar delhi 51 has done illegal construction and has illegally encroached the public road by putting his personal belongings on road causing inconvenience in passage of vehicle. The construction is also unauthorized and is extended till the mid pathway. So i hereby request you to take action against the same
