There are some annoying pet cats in my neighborhood. It is very disturbing and they don't have any registration for that. Their pets come to my home and do litter. There are almost 4-5 cats there i have complaint them about it but they don't take any action these cats are really dangerous for kids in my home. I want a really strict action about it.
