Neighborhood — Water wastage

Hello sir,

I am a citizen of bikaner and staying in pareek chowk. I am observing wastage of water at place next to my house and i asked them to stop this but they are not stopping it. They fill a barrel of water approximately of 100 liter in size and water around 700-800 liter of every night.
Please take appropriate action and ask them to stop wastage. I am asking this because this water will help poor people and the areas where water is not available.
