Neighborhood — Wrong Parking of Vehicles

Myself Jatinder residing in ludhiana at above mentioned address. I want to lodge a complaint regarding my neighbors who were creating problem due to wrong parking.Our family requested them several times for not parking there vehicles in front of our home and around our boundary wall as we have cornor home, but still they do the same every day. They even washed there car in front of our home and one of there car ' Indica ' is on LPG which spread alot of pollution. They spoke very rudely on this issue when ever we talk to them. Kindly help us in solving this issue as we are suffering alot from more than 1year.
