Neighbors — Drinking Water wastage

I m living in sector 4 Rohini Vijay Vihar phase 2. In my building 3rd floor family wasting too much water every morning and evening thru overflow of water tank.Every time they have to give reminder to close the water tank. I request you to please take necessary action to stop the wastage of water.
