Neighbors — heavy seepage due to reconstruction by neighbors

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

1. I am a senior citizen residing in C 35/36 Gulmohar habitat phase 1, Borade nagar, off salunke vihar road, wanowrie, Pune for 18 yrs. My husband is an ex serviceman of the Indian Army Lt Col Sukhbir Uppal.

2. In the year 2016 the people of house living above us in C 40 named Deepa V Chandrani made some renovations to their house and bathrooms, after which the problem of seepage has started.

3. Due to the renovations done to their bathroom my bedrooms ceiling has been having very Heavy seepage, I have requested them many times to get it fixed but they are always very rude and are not doing anything about it, I have also lodged a complain to the society but no action has been taken by them till now.

4. It has been about 4 years now and no one is helping me in this situation, I am a senior citizen and in desperate need of help.

5. It is my humble request to you to please help me in my situation as I am facing a lot of difficulties to mange the House and the seepage is causing lot of water dripping from my ceiling.

6. I am attaching a picture of my ceiling with the letter for your kind consideration.
