Neighbours — Disturbing at night

Hi, I'm a resident of gpl Eden heights sector 70 Gurgaon. I'm a working mother to a small child. We have been continuously troubled and harassed by the neighbours who live above our house. They have been throwing garbage and make a lot of noise at night that disturbs my child's sleep along with the family's. Please guide us with what we could do
