My name is Mrs. Manisha Shetty, a resident of Shree Savali Society in Ovla, Nr Mogarpada Talao. I am writing to bring your attention to a pressing issue that has been affecting our community for quite some time.
The Problem: We have been living in Shree Savali Society for the past eight years. Unfortunately, we are facing a significant menace caused by a scrap collector who has set up shop just outside our building. Since this area falls outside our society compound and wall, we are unable to prevent him from creating a mess. His activities have become a nuisance to our daily lives and pose several risks:
1. Noise and Pollution: The scrap collector creates constant noise throughout the day, disturbing our peace. Additionally, the dirt and pollution generated by his activities are affecting our health and well-being.
2. Mosquito Infestation: The accumulation of garbage attracts mosquitoes, leading to a mosquito problem within our society.
3. Road Blockage: The scrap collector’s presence obstructs the road, causing inconvenience to residents and hindering vehicular movement.
4. Aesthetic Impact: The large plastic bags used to store collected scrap spoil the aesthetic beauty of our building.
5. Fire Hazard: The scraps stored in the open pose a significant fire risk. In the event of a fire, our building could be severely damaged.
Our Plea: We, as a society, feel helpless in dealing with this menace. Despite our efforts to address the issue internally, the scrap collector continues to operate freely. We urgently request the Thane Municipal Office’s intervention to resolve this matter. Specifically, we need the following actions:
1. Clearance and Cleanup: We request immediate removal of the scrap collector and the accumulated garbage from the area outside our society.
2. Fire Department Assistance: Given the fire hazard, we seek the assistance of the fire department to ensure the safe disposal of the scraps.
3. Association Support: We kindly ask for your association’s support in coordinating efforts to address this issue effectively.
Conclusion: The situation has escalated, and we fear for our safety and the well-being of our community. We implore you to take swift action to alleviate this problem and restore peace to Shree Savali Society.

Myself Anjali Balwant Patil resident of Row house B-61, Sector 15, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai 410218. I would like to register a complaint against some of the residential owners specially our neighbours residing in sector 15 for Illegal Road encroachment and running illegal commercial activities in the residential zone of Sector 15, Kalamboli. They have creating tremendous noise since many of the vehicles visit the shop and also people coming to their shops, further some of them have encroached the some of the area of road which is illegal. The problem is faced by pedestrians as well as motorists making it difficult for other people to maneuver since their loading and unloading trucks and tempos are parked on the road and also in front of our house. The said shop has been opened by the owner of Row Houses and has been given on rental basis to various other people without appropriate license & permission and has been gaining illegal benefits for themselves. They have created nusience and has been disrupting our lives. Since the shops are in front of my house, it is directly affecting peaceful life of our family, and when we approach them, they start fighting and use harsh language, it has become very difficult to live on the premises peacefully. Kindly look into the said matter and I request you remove the unauthorised shops running near our premises. Help would be grateful

The incident is of yesterday (6th Jan 2024), time 1:30 pm IST.
Place of incident is Corner of plot 313, Nandpuri B, Jagatpura Jaipur .

The 2 neighbors Mrs B.L Meena (resident of Plot# 311, Nandpri B, Jagatpura, Jaipur) and Mr Hawa Singh (resident of Plot# 306, Nanadpuri B, Jagatpura Jaipur) called a JCB and de-rooted a big tree in front of my plot 313, Nandpuri B, Jagatpura, Jaipur . I have been seeing this tree giving shelter for last 12 years.

It is difficult to believe Mr Hawa Singh who has a responsible post with Police department, Govt of Rajasthan can do such a cruel act to environment.

I request aa appropriate action against both the neighbours and they plant a tree at the same spot and take care of it everyday till it grows back again .

This complaint is to express my sincere concern regarding the garbage and dirty water that my neighbour is collecting in front of our house. The streets of our locality are not in a good position, so during rain, the water gets stored near our houses. And our neighbours collected soil in front of their houses, due to which all the dirty water is getting stored in front of our house, which is causing us a lot of problems. When we tried to discuss with them, they started using cuss words and fighting with us. I request that you kindly look into the matter and take strict action in this regard. We will be highly grateful to you.

The owner of the house has wrongly informed that the parking is individual and not common, but however when I moved in with my wife to our shock the first floor tenants were parking in front of our door and after many times telling them not to park in front of our door, they continued. And one day I moved their two wheeler for which they started a fight with my wife and abused her and insulted her when I was away on work . I had rush home and rescue my wife and had to get her away from that house . We suffered abuse and harrasment. I'm writing this so that nobody else should suffer this kind of insult and abuse. We are residing in 156-G/3, gobind nagar, model town. We are not sure about the house number, we are complaining about as it is not written outside. The complaint is about water and mud lodged in front of our main entrance because our neighbours are draining water tank overflow directly into the street. It keeps flowing for 15-29 minutes thrice a day, throughout the year. In winters the wet, muddy ground develops fungi and it becomes slippery. We have muddy footprints and tire prints in our yard and on the ramp, all the time. They are not draining their water tank overflow into their own drain pipe despite several requests. We hope, they should be heavily fined for damage of the street and constantly harming the sanitation.

There have been extremely loud construction drilling happening in my building on the 18th and 19th floor (Kalypso Court 5) which cross even 90dB loudness. It’s extremely hard and uncomfortable living in such conditions and furthermore, the loud drilling happens everyday. It’s unbearable to live in this condition. Hoping for a solution for this

Hi NMC nagpur, A house across my apartment has over the last couple of months, is keeping roosters and hens as pet. The statement made by his mother-in-law and father-in-law was "Tumko jo kerna hai kerlo, hum gate yahi se nikalenge or gate yahi se khulega, agar apko pareshani hai toh aap apna gate kahi or se nikalo" and they start shouting in the whole street and try to show their dominance by threatened by many ways.

One of the resident staying in New Friends colony, opposite to laundary shop, who occupied BDA road for 5 to 8 feet and planted with coconut trees, papaya trees, Guava tress and fenced that area for their own use.

We are rented people staying here paying around 25k . Since this person occupied Government road, we are struggling for car parking as it is corner house .

Neighbour pouring stagnant water in the street. All stagnant and yellow water is poured by neighbour. Cant walk in the streets.

Instead of so many requests to our neighbours .
They are not listening to us.
We have renovated our house 4 months back and since then We have been requesting them for the solution of it.
But every time they refused to get it done.
Now I have my younger daughter and an old grandmother at home and for their safety I need to register complaint against them as there is high leakage from their washroom to our washroom where the commode is. And we are unable to use washroom properly because of the running water from wAll. Due to this very tiny creatures also being seen in the washroom and they may cause some serious disease to us.
It’s a request you to kindly look into this matter and get it sorted out as soon as possible.

Here some goat keepers with the consent of our neighbors are continuously cutting down grownup trees for the sole purpose of feeding their goats. I told them it's illegal and I'll take action if they don't stop. But they rather started making fun of law and our police.
I just wanted you to take some action against the neighbors as well as the goat keepers.

Our neighbours are constructing a new building they are leaving the sand on the raod without leveling it and cleaning by which pits are formed and water is stagnated. We are more problem by their rectlesss behaviour, we informed them3to4 times about leveling road but went in vein. Please solve this by tomorrow please.

I live on the first floor of a double story building with my children and we just bought a two-wheeler. There are 3 vehicles parked in front of our house- 1 scooter (LML), 1 scooter (access125), and 1 car (Baleno). A scooter belongs to the owner of the ground floor, and a car and scooter belong to the owner of the second floor. The second floor's owner refused to let me park my scooter there as he had parked 2 vehicles there. He told me to park my scooter outside on the street. Also, next day, when I parked my scooter in front of my house, a man on the 2nd floor removed the stand from my scooter without my consent, parked it in the middle of the road and park his vehicle there instead. His reason for not cooperating is that he has lived in the building for 20 years, whereas we have been there for 8 months. My house is the first floor, and I am a single parent. I am demanding my right to park in front of my house. Also, the owner of the 2nd floor has enough space to park a vehicle after my scooter's parking, but his verbal aggression is off the charts. My desirable solution is that the 2nd floor's owner should park his 4 wheeler outside the society so that I can also park my 2 wheeler infront of my house in the society to avoid theft.

I am somprakash, resident of 2-4-64/1/24, machabolarum, alwal. It is been 7 months that we are suffering alot every night from loud noise of AC outdoor unit of our neighbour (DJ Ramesh-resiident of 2-4-64/1/23). Noise is disturbing our sleep and that causing deterioration in health condition. We requested him to repair it or shift it to the top floor. But he intendingly ignored it. Kindly, seal his Ac outdoor unit as early as possible.

There is two houses whose dirty water is flowing openly in street are we already so may time request them not to drain water openly but no action is taken by them so please take necessary action against them, in open water so may mosquitoes are producing which is very harmful from health prospective.

We have a 12-15 feet road which is almost covered by 3 feet illegal construction for sitting and 5-7 cars and e rickshaw auto and taxi keep standing here all the time with almost 10-15 bikes. Being a girl I face this problem always to get the car out of my house and daily have to deal with nuisance and boys who stay here on rent which is very unbearable. The space left on the road is less than a cars width and almost since past 3 years we had many fights for the cause and the chetak also never arrived to handle the situation. I want to complain that our neighbour Janak Joshi([protected]) has not been paying tax for the flat and not doing the terrace work from the past few years. Because of that there's leakage in our falt. Our lot of stuff has been damaged because of the leakage. We requested him many times but he doesn't listen. This doors banging is done throughout the day even at night up to 12 midnight.
