Nemesis solutions — Prepaid to postpaid issue, Am i cheated?

Last Tuesday (1 Sep 2015) I have given a request to change my number [protected] from Prepaid to postpaid, The agent came and gave me sim-card and took 350 rupees, the number is still not active, the agent is not responding, his number is (Contact : [protected]), the bill was having "Nemesis solutions and the contact number is [protected] code no : [protected] (on receipt), Then lucky the agent pick the call Monday(7-sep-2015), i took the number of his higher authority his number is [protected], he said we will fix this issue in next 24 hours but later it was fixed when I'm trying to call him he is also not responding. I guess I'm cheated. How to solve this issue
