Unprofessional behavior of the company employes, they agree to provide the connection in 48 Hrs, Even after 5 days they are not able to provide the connection, when we are trying to reach them, Now they are not picking our calls, When asking for the refund they are behaving rude.

Exactly I am in similar situation, sales person told connection will be in 24hrs, now 3days passed, . No one approached for installation. Asking for refund and now they are passing the ball to here and there. Can someone help hiw to get refund from them
