I lost internet connection on Saturday 30th September 2022 at around 1 PM (It worked only for 4 days after I renewed)
I called helpdesk and was told it will be fixed by evening - No response
Called them at Night same day, I was told it will be fixed by morning

Unprofessional behavior of the company employes, they agree to provide the connection in 48 Hrs, Even after 5 days they are not able to provide the connection, when we are trying to reach them, Now they are not picking our calls, When asking for the refund they are behaving rude....
