I had placed an order on 10th September 2024 with Neon Attack for a Light worth 12, 500/-. The Given delivery Date was 12-14 days but there was no update coming even after september. They had shared a tracking number and as per that the product came to bangalore but no delivery attempt was made and sent by to the manufacturer. I had raised this concern multiple times by writing to their customer care, whatsapp numbers and on insta message but no response after knowing the fact the order was not delivered to me.
I have attached the screenshot of the payment made but was unable to add the email chat as the format is not accepted.
