Ordered a sign from Neon attack on 7th October- their website had a note which said if I order now…I will certainly get the parcel till Diwali.
Order number- NA29681
Still haven’t received it.
It was cash on delivery order…which they forced me to covert on 17th October and made me pay full online if I wanted my parcel couriered....

I placed order for floro neon sign on 30 November 2024. However, it has been more than 1.5 months and I still have not received my order. Their customer care service number does not pick up the phone .I would request a refund for the order placed in the amount of 8280 Rupees

I had placed an order on 10th September 2024 with Neon Attack for a Light worth 12, 500/-. The Given delivery Date was 12-14 days but there was no update coming even after september. They had shared a tracking number and as per that the product came to bangalore but no delivery attempt was made and sent by to the manufacturer. I had raised this concern multiple times by writing to their customer care, whatsapp numbers and on insta message...

I ordered neon signs worth more than 15, 000 Rupees on September 30, 2023, Order NA13084

It's been more than 2 months & there is no update in the order status.
Most of the time they don't answer calls, the mails are useless.

They are not able to fulfil the order so I want a total refund of the order.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Neon Attract's service due to a significant delay in delivering my recent order. Despite the promised delivery timeframe, my order has not been received on time, causing inconvenience and frustration as I have already paid 15000 amount but after several reminder they are not responding seems like a fraud or scam.

This delay has impacted my plans, and I expected a more reliable service from Neon Attract. I request immediate attention to this matter, along with an explanation for the delay and assurances that such issues will be addressed to prevent recurrence in the future.

They seems to be running a scam with fake reviews. lot of people of complained about not delivering the order even after 1-2 months of order. My order #NA14812. Please don't buy from them. They are cheaters.

I have ordered neon sign of cost 16k from neon attack Hyerdabad for my cafe.(@mar2023) pune
after 1 month some of letters started flickering in some portion of alphabet.(@apr2023)
for which i literraly chased them for pick up for 2 weeks.
after 2 weeks neon attack agreed for pick.i packed neon signage adequately using bubble paper sent parcel.
After 1 week neon attack sent back my signage (@may2023) in damaged condition.
now courier and neon attack trying to wash there responsibility.

I haven’t received the product and it is showing out for delivery from many days
