Nepal Tourism Package — Cheated by richa tours - kailash mansarovar yatra

Dear sir / madam,

I am writing this mail with a heavy heart that agents cheat on a holy pilgrimage like kailash mansarovar. 13 o[censored]s were booked for kailash mansarovar yatra through different agents which was linked to richa tours and travels, nepal operated by mr. Sangey ghurang +[protected] & neelkanth travels. Apart from 13 indian there were 6 nris travelling in a separate car. The tour was via lhasa. Dep from nepal to lhasa on 30/05/2017. Arrival from lhasa to nepal on 10/06/2017. From nepal tamang lakpa was our guide throught the trip and we were suppose to follow him.

From lhasa there was a road trip, the bus was given to us was a school bus which was not at all comfortable for long drive. At the end of the trip all were suffering from back & shoulder pain. We all were charged different amount for the same tour with the same facilityas per itinerary on 3rd june we reached mansarovar. On the same night we were informed by mr. Ketan patel, neelkanth tour operator, our nepal guide lakpa and our tibetian guide togiyal that due to heavy snow fall second day parikrama is closed. There is no scope to do further parikrama as the trek is closed till 30th june. Heavy snow fall trek blocked video and photograph was shown to us. Which later on we realized that the same photo was shown to some other group in nepal which is almost 8 days old photograph. Next day they informed us the same and advanced our itinerary and booked our train tickets from shigatse to lhasa. As per our original itinerary we were suppose to visit 6th june to zhuthulpuk & 7th june end kailash kora. After completion of 1st day parikrama on 5th june when reached dirapuk we realized except richa tours and neelkanth tours other groups are going to do 2nd and 3rd day trek. Eco trek & anantya group those were big groups where in they were piligimiges of an age of 60 years as well. Upon this information we approached our both the guides but they were not ready to listen our side. Instead of discussing a matter with us topgiyale started screaming and shouting on us. Infact he also said i don't care what you want and what you want to do which is an inappropriate behavior with a lady. We also informed him we are ready to bear the train cost. Apart from that there were 6 other members after completing 1st day were unwell to continue for 2nd day. They were ready to stay at darchen hotel or whichever near by location so others can complete their parikrama. At the time of my booking with camps corner / world wave, rajkot ashwin bhai +91 [protected] he had given me an assurance that if even 4 o[censored]s wants to go for parikrama their porter and guide will accompany us. After 5th june's fight also we were forced to come down on 6th june where in we could see almost 45 -50 people were going up with their horses. It was only neelkanth group, ahmedabad and richa tour passengers were forced to come down. It is a clear cheating case. It was pre decided that not to do 2nd and 3rd day parikrama. They have done this to accommodate their another group. After completion of yatra when approached other tour members they confirmed to us that they could complete the parikrama without any hassel. We were misguided by our tour guide.

After reaching to nepal we narrated the entire episode to mr. Sangey but there was no response from him. After talking to him on phone for 40mins he had sent his manager mr. Lobosong +[protected]. Who was a powerless person. He came with a diary noted the points and assured he will get back to us by next day. Next day we all were departing from nepal to our respective destinations.in between we have even lost our luggages which was assured by lkpa to be delivered to nepal. Where in nepal nobody new about the luggage misplaced. This shows throught the trip they were no correct information passed to passangers. Sangey had assured us that we shall get our luggage at our home town but till date there is no revert. After reaching mumbai again approached my agent ashiwnbhai but again he is is clue less. After knowing the truth he is not even answering my phone calls.

Kailash mansarovar is a once in a life time journey. For this yatra people are saving money throught their lives. The purpose of bringing this episode in light is others should not be cheated by these agents. These cheaters should be blacklisted for conducting a tour. They are playing with people's religious emotions and belief. Incase any other supportings are required, i shall be submititng it upon request.

Looking forward for a strict action against this team so next time onwards other people do not get cheated on a name of kailash mansarovar yatra.
