This is to bring you a notice as well as also wanted to know why there is a huge salarygap and designation differences between a ca and a cma in nestle india ltd when entire study course, pass percentage and procedures are same for both. And there are other companies in market who are offering position and salary to a cma at par with a ca, so why can't nestle. These two are separate individual government bodies for finance and costing respectively, hence on what basis there is such baisness with cmas. When same knowledge, dedication and patience is required to be a cma, then why is such differences. If you check the current 2016 syllabus of cwa, it is 99.9% same with ca, so again why such differences with cmas. It is very painful to work for a cma in nestle in such baised environment. And moreover all psus also offers same post and pay scale to both ca and cma, so why only nestle is unfair with cmas.
