Nestwood Estates — Rent Deposit Refund

I have moved into an apartment in Navi Mumbai through Nestaway in Jan 2022, since Work from home started I went to my hometown and left my luggage in the apartment, in December 2022 we received a message from Nestaway that the owner is cancelling their partnership agreement with Nestaway so we have to moveout and asked us to place a moveout request in Nestaway app and told us even if it shows that moveout charges are applied they will be refunded to us.all of my other roommates got refunds but I haven't received any refund of my rent deposit.The agent who helped me with my moving In is not picking up my calls or replying any of my texts.My rent deposit is 19, 800. In that I have received only 5, 500 remaining amount is not refunded.
