I have booked a flat with Nestwood Mapple in January, 2016. Till 2019 no progress has been made and I made request for refund of advanced amount in 2018.
In January they promised to refund my advanced amount by June, 2020 but till date they have not refunded the money nor made any communication in this regard.
I demand the refund of my advanced amount....

Had paid the december rent on 12/11/2019 along with the late charges and i receive a late charge on 12/12/2019 of rs. 200. Been disputing that ever since and the only response i have received is either "we're working on it" or "we'll get back to you". We have moved in a 3bhk flat by nestaway on 17 june 2019. There so many of our concerns that are not being handled by them despite a daily follow-ups with them.

I have booked flat on june 2014 and deposit application money 2, 97, 684/- but till date no develop has been done. Developer also not inform us when they will handover the flat. Then i decide i cancel my booking and refund the deposited money. But till date they did not responding. Now i am totally helpless. So many times i ring their telephone no. /sent by post but no response. Kindly help me what should i do to return back my deposit amount....

I have booked a 3BHK flat on 25 th June, 2014 and paid Rs. 2, 64, 000 /- against money receipt.
Till now they have started the work.Already more than 2 years passed. I have requested them several times over phone to refund my money and issued them two letters requesting them for refund on 12.02. 2016 and 09. 05.2016. But, they did not respond.
