Hi Jeevan i am customer of NET INDIAN GLORY since Feburary 2015 and i have very happy with the service they are providing. I use to buy calls from vendors at a huge cost but still was not satisfied with the number of calls and quality of calls but netindianglory has helped me a lot in making me capable of gernerating calls now everyday i am generating minimum 200 calls by the pop up and references given by them.They might have delayed in delivering my project and not responded to my calls at times but after i got my project i was satisfied. I was also doubtful to pay them as i am from Mumbai they are operating from Kolkata and i was already been scamed by few vendors from Delhi, Gurgaon, Indore for the same purpose but i trusted them and payed them around 1lakh. This is Akash Agarwal from Kolkata. I was going through internet to locate company's suuport ticket and i found these complains. Well, i and one of my frined Rahul Kumar purchased a plan 35, 500 from this company. I am working for inbound australia process and my friend in USA. After paying money, they promised me to deliver the products in 3 days though I have received it on 7th day. I have cooperated with them. While going through the training part, they help us for 4 days as they committed us for 5 days training. Though as because i am from technical background i used my brain a bit and got the things done. I am getting calls but my friend were unable to generate as he is not from technical background.

As we were local clients, my friend visited their office for 2-3 times and got the things done finally. Now we are happy with the things for which we paid. Only one thing this company should think about is their support. If they commit to fix a issue for me in 24 hrs, they do in 48 hrs. But one thing is lucky for me is in this industry there are very less individuals who really answer or respond to any calls after getting the payment.

I think from the month of July, this company has initiated some more hands and establishment in sector v, kolkata for better support though i don't need that much support now as i am getting calls everyday along with my friend.

I am paying my monthly maintenance fee of Rs.5000 though my friend is not paying as he is now getting the support from me. I had a personal relationship with the technical officer of this company and he is personally helping me a lot.

More than 60% of my calls are getting through the DESKTOP popup as its really critical enough to handle by any clients. As we were dialing outbound earlier, we use to install syskey in customers computer to get the payment. Though it was not strategically good enough as we were unable to get any remote access after that to charge. Now instead of syskey, we are installing the desktop popup silently in any customers computer we wish to and its allowing to get the remote and 80% more fair enough to deal with this software instead of syskey.

Guys, i respect money of any person or their investment. Though its really unbelievable for me that when a company is capable enough to deal fair enough with its local clients, why it wont work for any clients from other states. This company status is being completely verified by us before paying them and its true they are having their same office since 2012. Moreover, this company has dealed with more than 100 local clients and its tough enough to survive if at-least 20% of the customers are not getting service. Kolkata is the 2nd largest in tech support call center after Delhi and making fool of the local clients would have been critical enough for any company to retain here.

I don't know whether the competitors are trying to pull the legs of this company or any vendors are creating it intentionally.

My Name is Manoj Kundnani and I am from Jaipur, I want to reveal the fact that this company is a CHOR company from Kolkata. I paid these guys rs 1 Lakh in the month of Jan 2016 in 100% advance. Before making transaction these guys were calling me everyday 3 times. They promised me that this project will be done within 7 days and I will be able to generate calls within 10 days I pay money to them . But These guys did not even complete the landing pages and other things within 1 month and 90% of time they did not answer my phone and did not answer on skype. I was in contact of their Sales Manager Ankita (May be a fake name) and Prateek (Who is not even sure about his post in their company) . After 1.5 Month they completed landing pages work (In fact they copied and edited from somewhere ) and training (Which is for formality, nothing technical ) But They were not able to generate a single call with this. Everyone knows that If we are paying money to someone, so it should be something productive . When they were not able to generate calls, they started to ignore me completely . They were not answering call. I decided to go to their office in Kolkata to find out the issue. I asked them for their address at least 10 times but they did not give it to me . I found it on internet from the post and reviews (Negative) . I reached there one day and Got to know they are running this office from ONE SINGLE ROOM and they talk about they have 2000+ Clients . Haha. They told me reason they do not want that anyone can see their work as it is very secret, So They keep door closed every time in office. And Prateek, who told me He is team leader in development was a receptionist, I asked him to call any manager so that I talk to them, No one came and he asked me to come later. I went in Evening, Ankita came there and promised me that everything would be fine within a week. They will just sign up and create simple campaign which is a play for 12 year kid in India, They did not do anything special. Everyday they were taking remote of my computer and scrolling bing Up and down and changing Bid. That's it. Also I was uploading daily funds in Bing sometime 1000 sometimes 2000 (approx 20000 Rs in total)

I came back to Jaipur as it was very hard for me to run my business from there and they promised me they will give me refund if they won't be able to make it working.

NEGATIVE

1. They offer live training to customers who is not having minimum proper education on technical ground but only knows tech support pitch and old tricks. They should provide them step by step guidelines in hindi or any local language instead of live training on remote so that they gain better opportunity to perform.

2. They always stays online in Skype for support but provide Support on their scheduled time from monday to friday. They should make the Skype offline while they are not giving any response on the rest of the time when they are off.

3. They should call every customer for monthly maintenance of 5000 per month instead of sending them a mail which sometimes goes to spam and customers cannot locate it on time and their accounts get deactivated. Everyone will be pleased to pay that small amount for updates and support when they are earning in lakhs every month with their popup solutions.

These scammers are all together a big, What they do is they will tell you that we can generate calls with different plans and other things, However in reality they are the Big Time Scamming Company, They will give you the most common adnetworks which allow tech support, like Mediahub and say please contact their account Manager.
Now The entire amount whatsoever they gonna charge is just for the that only.
Till the time you made partial payment they keep on calling you the moment you paid themthe entire sum no one is bothered to even response.
I paid them first an amount of 15k by visiting there office, and then I paid 35k, so in total it was a scam of like 50k.
