While we were using their service, our email account used to be down for 2-3 working days in a month. Even though this minor problem could be fixed in less than two minutes, Net4India never took the initiative to solve our problem and furthermore delayed the process for weeks. While talking on phone, customer care representatives responded rudely to our concern, and lacked etiquette to handle our issue professionally.
Without a doubt this company is one of the worst web hosting companies in India. It is a sheer waste of time, money and energy, and should be avoided at all cost. Was this information helpful? |
