Domain, emails not working from last 5 months
no support from customer care

We r facing problem as we r not able to update our website (boislindia.com) which host at Net4India. We r not able to login for maintenance purpose....

This is very gruesome act of Net4 India. During pandemic times this has caused a far bigger concerns to our business by abruptly shutting the business causing huge immeasurable revenue loss. Our domain was registered with Net4 India, now our website is offline since more than 3 weeks. Because of this even our emails are impacted. We are unable to send or receive emails.

We all need to be compensated for the loss. Please lets join and sue this company and owner for such gruesome act.

I have to domain transfer net4 india to another domain provider (google or godaddy).

We have several domains through net4india, now these all domains are not working, pls us me how we can take code to restore our domains with any other service provider

we have paid for our domain name hindustanpkg.com to net 4 Indian for 5 years . But since last 3 days we are not receiving any mails from our customers . We have tried to call them and also mailed but all in vain . Their website and email address is not working .

We are trying to reach net4india but we are not able to reach them via mail or contact or control panel. I request you get Auth code for the domains sonalearn.org and sonaversity.org to transfer from net4india.
It help us to safe our domain live.

Our organization has CRN ID no.[protected] which does not allow us to login due to net4.com or net4.in has not been working.

Without login how can we transfer our domain to other registrar or service provider.

Pl assist us to get the issue resolved.

We have been using net4india domain from last 10 yrs and it has suddenly stop working and no information has been passed to us about there shutting down and all our email ids and register with net4india domain and this affect our business and if this is the issue how we can believe on another domain provider in future . This is the biggest scam and there are more than 1lakh client user and they have been facing problem like us .atleast they should be transfer the authorization for us the shift to other domain.

Please look into this matter and reply to me and save my data and domain Name as i have started my business under Startup India, digital india, Atma Nirbhar bharat abhiyan, my hard work of 2 years and hardened money gone in waste.

My Domain was stuck up with Net4india/ net4networks services limited and This company became bankrupt and our business collapsed, the government had to do something to revive at least our Domain name and data, that we had kept with Net 4 India during the last 10 years.

Net4 india is still collecting money fraudulently from customers and not providing services, I am one of the victims.

Dear sir i m using email domain name from net4india from 2011 and it suddenly sttopped working now and there is no support and not able to get auth code to transfer domain can any one help to get auth code from net4india

There phone lines are not working, the emails sent for help not being answered. We are clueless about Net4India's intention.
Our official email id and company domain name stuck with them. Resulting in tremendous loss of business and loss of market reputation.

It has been so many days that net4india disabling the access to my email ID. These people left no way to contact the support.
They disabled their contact numbers, their offices are closed.
On top of that they disabled their helpdesk as well. I have the valid email id and domain.
How can i access my emails?

I have a domain, and emails with net4 India, they are unable to give support to there clients,
1. we can not renew our domain
2. we cannot shift the domain to another service provider.
3. we can not update DNS record.
4. currently whatever email accounts we have under net4india, all are not working.
5. unable to recharge wallet.

Can anyone help me. I am losing my clients and business.

We had hosted 4 websites with Net 4 India for the past many years, was working fine till about 8 months back when ftp of one of our site stopped working and since then we registered so many complaints with net 4 india but no response, email to net 4 india is bouncing back and their phone is also not working. We have paid for hosting our websites till 2023.What to do now?

This is a frustrating thing as all my company emails have stopped running and we are unable to send recieve emails. Moreover I have put in multiple requests for my Auth Code and still haven't gotten any response. Please help me get the authcode for my domain

I am a partner with net4 and have few domains registered at net4.in for my clients. I wanted to renew domaina on priority and didn't know about net4 shutting down..
I tred recharging cyber wallet at net4 in order to have funds to renew the domains.

However every time I tried to recharge on 28th Oct 2020, it allowed me to go ahead with the payment, and logged me out. Effectively they accepted payment of INR 15000/- with no service provided.
I want help getting my money back.

Net4India is our domain registrant for the last more than 15 years.

Of late, the company has stopped attending calls and stopped renewing domains

Consequently all our customers who are registered through them are suffering and we are also suffering loss of business

Can we have a class action suit against them so that lakhs o[censored]sers are not put to a disadvantage owing to their inadequecies?

The company is not reverting on the domain renewal not providing us an auth code to shift domain else where! None of their numbers are working and the chat is disabled.

I would need an authorisation code for transferring the domain to another service provider

I am reseller domain partner of Net4 company in delhi for the last 15 years.Without any information, company stopped working and no reply from there end, No phone is working.I have just google and got to know, Net4 is BankCurrupt and they have shut down their services.I have around 20 Domains of my client with Net4.I am in a mess rt now.
Also, i have paid Online payment of Rs.5000 through PayTm wallet to Net 4 company with the Merchant Account name under Ccavenue.My Rs.5000 also stuck over there.I m in Big Troublem.Plz help me out

We have about 32 domains registered with Net4india. After trying again and again on their website we were able to receive the authcode for our domains and initiated transfers to another registrar.

However, we are still awaiting mail from net4india to confirm our domain transfer.

I have 2 domains with Net4 . I paid for renewal for both of them on 21st September 2020, however, even after so many days and raising a ticket, the status still shows "under progress" and no response has been provided. The related details are as under:

We purchased our domain in Net4india a year back, Due to some issues we want to move out of Net4india . We requested Auth code on 01-Sep-2020 .But in spite of lot of mails, lot of complaints, we haven't received single reply .Now we don't know how to Proceed as latest news says Net4india is closing its business in India.

Is there any way we can get Auth code to move out of net4

I am having login issue since new account creation. I have registered and made payment of a domain. But unfortunately my login session was interrupted. When tried again to login next day, i was not able to login so i tried to reset the password but now there is issue while resetting the password. I tried calling the support but the number is noy connecting so I wrote to support mail id's, after a month one lady called me and told me to write to [protected]@net4india.net but not a single reply received since July 2020. After some days I called that lady about the issue now she is refusing to talk and told she don't have any other number or address or email id's yo escalate the issues to higher authority. Also for the domain registration i have made payment is still open for registration.

Such a pathetic service and worst company to work with. Third class...

Is net4india company in any problem. No one responds to any medium, phone, mails, chat, tickets. No other way to contact them
All the task has been pending for domain registrations, server down, email services...

Since the last few weeks I am unable to renew my organization's domains registered with Net4.com because their payment system is not working and the Net4.com website was also inaccessible in the first week of September 2020. Some of our domains expired during this time. Their customer service number provided +[protected] seems doesn't seem to exist. There is no response whatsoever from their email addresses provided for resolution like [protected]@net4.in / [protected]@net4.com. Further, there seems to be no official body in India who are responsible for taking up issues with domain registrars who deal in country level domains .in and .org.in and so on. I hope someone takes notice and suggests what can be done.

I am using since 2016, and the feedback was very much positive.

However since last few months the service have reduced to 0.

Now i tried 2 different things
1) tried to get auth code, but i am not able to get that.
2) tried to update name server, but its not working.

You can never contact them in any way. No response to helpdesk tickets, no reply to mail, no telephone, chat box nothing working.
