NetAmbit Homewise is the biggest Fraud I have come across in
my life...bought jaypee flat through them...got a credit note of 3.5%
from them amounting Rs 1, 12, 000/- dated Sep 2011 encashable on payment
of 40% to jaypee...now 80% payment has been remitted to jaypee...but
the credit note is still not honoured...every time I call on their
representatives numbers I get to know that the number is the same but
the representatives have changed jobs...I even visited their office in
sec 132 and met one senior after another but except for assurances and
repeated white lies that " Sir you will get the cheque tomorrow" have
got nothing...now thinking to take some serious legal action against
this company...my sincere advise to all customers...please don't trust
this company for any of your real estate transactions...behind the veil
of the PROFFESSIONAL approach is the same old story...just trap the
client

Duped by car dealer - Abay corporationThis is to create an
awareness to general public not to buy any used car from Abay
corporation, west mareddpally. I had bought an 2003 Jul indigo and the
same day the vehicle broke down. They are not doing genuiene business
and have manipulated most of the parts after confirming the vehicle. So
plz be aware and better avoid such dealers. I dont want others to suffer
as I have been through.

Girish Batra CMD Netambit is a fraud and a big womeniser. Infact, I
recommend all females to beware, please don’t attend any interviews at
Netambit company especially because the HR there is instructed there to
ensure “Personal” interviews of all good looking “GIrls” with this
.I have gone through a horrible “Personal” interview round with
this THERKI, asking all Uncomfortable questions and intruding into
privacy of an individual. Are Questions like “Do you have a boyfriend”
and “Have you gone on a blind date” “What are your views on Live In
Relationship” "have u had a one night stand" anyway related to Finacial
Services interview???
He even tried touching me numeral times on the pretext of hand shakes.

I thought about filing a complaint against this dog, but because of my
family’s pressure that I should not get into the mess of Police
Complaint I backed out.

I agree with you Sonia...even I have gone through a similar situation
at netambit though that interview round was for EA to this persons
brother Sandeep Batra...after the interview Sandeep Batra even chased me
out of the office building and forced me into his car saying that since
he was going in the same way, he is happy to offer me lift. I tried
avoiding but somehow I sat down in his car as he was insisting a lot.
All the way he did double meaning worthless and one sided conversation.
Tried touching me pretending he is shifting gears etc. i got very scared
and even declined their job offer. He even started calling me up after
that regularly after that day asking why I am not joining them and it's a
life time opportunity for me and to meet him outside on coffee etc. I
tried avoiding him for a long time but it was only after my mother gave
him a tight thrashing over phone that this person stop harassing me.
This was about a year back. I have got to know from one of my friends
who has earlier worked in HR of this company that both these brothers
GIRISH BATRA and SANDEEP BATRA are big scoundrels and are very infamous
for their conducts with the women in the organisation...kavita

I was looking to make investment that can give back higher returns. I thought real estate is better option as it is on boom. I then started searching which builder provide best options.

I searched on web and found NetAmbit as leading firm to provide me support. This firm also provide me with flats at discounted rates. They value each customer and their aim was to make customers satisfied.

I was thinking over to invest in Noida and Greater Noida properties but do not how and to which builder should I invest to make it more profitable. There is endless list of builder and property space available over there.

I want to contact an agency that can assist me in this respect. Now, I think NetAmbit is the one that has professional expertise to deal customers. They have almost all builder in contact to provide flats, apartments and suites at discount prices. I got it quickly and not only this, they issue me credit note as well.

There are hundreds and thousands of real estate brokers which are active in NCR region and also offer exciting deals. But, the major aspect is to choose the professional agent that can provide as per expectations.

NetAmbit is realty broker firm which has expertise and when I contact its representative, they describe all about hot properties available. They also issue me the credit note and I got possession quickly.

I was residing in a rented room and want to make shift to a flat in hot location where there is an easy access to all transport so that I can easily reach to my office. I contacted NetAmbit, it is the topmost real estate broker firm.

Pawan was the one who contacted me and provide details for projects that fits to my budget range. Noida was my preferred location and he tells me yamuna expressway and prospects of property investment. After finalizing the property, I got credit note as well.

I would like to express thanks to NetAmbit and its professional staff who has helped me a lot while I was on search for realty investment. Representative from NetAmbit contacted me to know about my requirement, I was interested for Gurgaon.

He asked me about budget details and then. He render all project details in and around Gurgaon. I also went for site visit. They provide credit note as well and soon, I got the possession.

After purchase this policy, whenever i contacted nearest branch, they told that the company has no such offer to give customer. Really this is terrible bluffing. I don't think so as I have worked for this organization and did not find any such aspect. I have worked with NetAmbit for more than 1 year and I realized that it is fine HR policy that this organization runs with.

After taking follow up by netAmbit Issue is resolved now.They have taken action on this and Finally thanks for all kind support and quick responce from Net Ambit I am taking my complaint back but also have gentale request that in feture this thing should not happan in feture.

We also bore the brunt of this sick fellow Jatin Shah, who claims to be a good travel agent. Me and my wife also faced something similar when we went to Goa. He charged an advance sum of Rs. 10, 000 for a booking in a five star hotel but the hotel did not receive the money and they asked us to deposit the money when we reached Goa. We had no other option but to pay the full amount once again to the hotel. This whole episode caused us so much trouble and humiliation. I sincerely doubt his motive and intention and his so-called travel agency 'Leisure destinations'. He might also be invloved in other non-ethical activites. I am planning to file a compaint against him. Do not ever fall prey to this ******. He is such an *** ****.

Netambit Insurance Broking is fraud company cheating people. My story is as under: -

I have to bring to your notice a case of cheating, done with me by Netambit Insurance Broking India Ltd, in collaboration with M/s HDFC Life Insurance Company. The story is as under: -
1. In third week of Dec 12, I got a phone call on my mobile Phone from someone who told me that he is speaking from the office of Max Life Insurance Company and wanted to brief me about some bonus declared by M/s Max Life Insurance against my policy. (I am having an Insurance Policy from Max Life). Further he told me that the bonus amounting to Rs. 1, 12, 420.00 would be paid to me by cheque by 15th of April 13, after completion of certain formalities.
2. Next day another call came from Mr. Sandeep Agrawal, (As the name told by him) who told me that he is Senior Manager in M/s Max Life. He asked me whether his assistant has explained me about the bonus declared by the company against my policy. To clarify further, he again repeated the same story. Further he added that the investment against which bonus is being paid, was made by Max Life jointly with HDFC Life. Therefore, it is essential that beneficiary should have some policy with HDFC Life also. This insurance should have a minimum premium of Rs. 35000/- per annum. If I am not having Insurance with HDFC Life, bonus will not be paid.
3. Further he added that it has been agreed at highest level between M/s Max Life and HDFS Life, that if I take a policy from HDFC Life and convey the details of Cheque No for the premium and the serial number of Proposal Form to Mr. Agrawal, it would be possible for him to make arrangements, so that I am able to cancel the HDFC Policy after receipt of bonus, with a marginal deduction. He also told me some reference code for the bonus, which I was supposed to keep handy for confirmation on a verification call. (The mobile number of Mr. Sandeep Aggrawal was [protected]. However, this phone does not seem to be operational now.)
4. Next day, I got a call from a third person, who told that he is from accounts department of Max Life and wanted to verify my details and bonus code for preparing my case for bonus.
5. I got convinced by the story told by these three persons (like a fool) and took a policy from M/s HDFC Life in the name of my daughter Ms Medha (Policy No 15685350 dated 26th Dec 2012) and conveyed the details to Mr. Sandeep Agrawal as advised by him.
6. From the policy I observed that in the place of agent’s name M/s NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING INDIA Ltd, C-20, Sector-7, NOIDA has been mentioned.
7. When I checked on internet about NETAMBIT INSURANCE, I was surprised to see a large number of complaints from people like me. All these people have been cheated by M/s NETAMBIT INSIRANCE.
8. As the mobile number of Sandeep Agrawal was not operational, I tried to contact him through their toll free number but unable to contact, as the person, who lifted the phone refused to give me line or direct number of Mr. Sandeep Agrawal.
9. When I contacted HDFC Life at Haridwar, they were not able to tell me anything about M/s NETAMBIT INSURANCE, except their toll free number.
10. To my utter surprise, I received a call from one Mr. Rajeev Singhal on 30th March 2013 (Again from a Mobile No [protected]), who told me that he is from Account Department of M/s Max Life and reviewing my file for preparation of bonus cheque.. Though he referred the name of Mr Sandeep Agrawal, but shown his inability to give me his new contact number.
11. With all the story stated above, I have realized that I have been cheated by the group M/s NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING INDIA Ltd, using a caucus approach.

I have shared my story with you so that you are able to take some action against M/s. NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING INDIA Ltd and protect others from getting cheated like me. In this regard I suggest you the following approach: -

• The action of M/s NETAMBIT may be investigated. A large number of complaints available on internet against M/s NETAMBIT may be reviewed.
• The mobile Numbers of Mr Sadeep Agrawal and Mr. Rajeev Singhal as given above may be traced out to catch hold of these persons who are involved in cheating.
• Insurance companies may be advised not accept any business on advice of M/s NETAMBIT as they are cheating the individuals.
• Apparently Insurance Companies, who are appearing to be innocent, are fully involved as they are accepting such business and encouraging such frauds.

I shall be grateful if I may be kept posted with the action taken.

Further he told me that the bonus amounting to Rs. 1, 12, 420.00 would be paid to me by cheque by 15th of April 13, after completion of certain formalities.
2. Next day another call came from Mr. Sandeep Agrawal, (As the name told by him) who told me that he is Senior Manager in M/s Max Life. He asked me whether his assistant has explained me about the bonus declared by the company against my policy. To clarify further, he again repeated the same story. Further he added that the investment against which bonus is being paid, was made by Max Life jointly with HDFC Life. Therefore, it is essential that beneficiary should have some policy with HDFC Life also. This insurance should have a minimum premium of Rs. 35000/- per annum. If I am not having Insurance with HDFC Life, bonus will not be paid.
3. Further he added that it has been agreed at highest level between M/s Max Life and HDFS Life, that if I take a policy from HDFC Life and convey the details of Cheque No for the premium and the serial number of Proposal Form to Mr. Agrawal, it would be possible for him to make arrangements, so that I am able to cancel the HDFC Policy after receipt of bonus, with a marginal deduction. He also told me some reference code for the bonus, which I was supposed to keep handy for confirmation on a verification call. (The mobile number of Mr. Sandeep Aggrawal was [protected]. However, this phone does not seem to be operational now.)
4. Next day, I got a call from a third person, who told that he is from accounts department of Max Life and wanted to verify my details and bonus code for preparing my case for bonus.
5. I got convinced by the story told by these three persons (like a fool) and took a policy from M/s HDFC Life in the name of my daughter Ms Medha (Policy No 15685350 dated 26th Dec 2012) and conveyed the details to Mr. Sandeep Agrawal as advised by him.
6. From the policy I observed that in the place of agent’s name M/s NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING INDIA Ltd, C-20, Sector-7, NOIDA has been mentioned.
7. When I checked on internet about NETAMBIT INSURANCE, I was surprised to see a large number of complaints from people like me. All these people have been cheated by M/s NETAMBIT INSIRANCE.
8. As the mobile number of Sandeep Agrawal was not operational, I tried to contact him through their toll free number but unable to contact, as the person, who lifted the phone refused to give me line or direct number of Mr. Sandeep Agrawal.
9. When I contacted HDFC Life at Haridwar, they were not able to tell me anything about M/s NETAMBIT INSURANCE, except their toll free number.
10. To my utter surprise, I received a call from one Mr. Rajeev Singhal on 30th March 2013 (Again from a Mobile No [protected]), who told me that he is from Account Department of M/s Max Life and reviewing my file for preparation of bonus cheque.. Though he referred the name of Mr Sandeep Agrawal, but shown his inability to give me his new contact number.
11. With all the story stated above, I have realized that I have been cheated by the group M/s NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING INDIA Ltd, using a caucus approach.

I have shared my story with you so that you are able to take some action against M/s. NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING INDIA Ltd and protect others from getting cheated like me. In this regard I suggest you the following approach: -

• The action of M/s NETAMBIT may be investigated. A large number of complaints available on internet against M/s NETAMBIT may be reviewed.
• The mobile Numbers of Mr Sadeep Agrawal and Mr. Rajeev Singhal as given above may be traced out to catch hold of these persons who are involved in cheating.
• Insurance companies may be advised not accept any business on advice of M/s NETAMBIT as they are cheating the individuals.
• Apparently Insurance Companies, who are appearing to be innocent, are fully involved as they are accepting such business and encouraging such frauds.

I shall be grateful if I may be kept posted with the action taken.

You all are right. I also faced the issue. Netambit Insurance Broking india ltd giving false and wrong commitment to its customers. They are cheating us all. This company must be closed and strict action to be taken by all customers and by govt.

I don't think that you are correct with your views. I have also worked for NetAmbit as TC for around 1 year and I do not have to face any such difficulty.

It's gorgeous working environment, NetAmbit offers to its employees. great HR policy and better remuneration packages as well, on-time payment policy is also there.

I have worked in NetAmbit as team leader for around two years and found it quite professional firm it is. It has wide name in realty sector to provide satisfaction to those who are searching to make investment in properties. NetAmbit also has fine HR policy and always value their employees and customers as well.

I have worked in NetAmbit as Team Lead sales for about 2 years. I found this company as fine HR policy. HR function is also supportive. I do not experience any sort of difficulty in work compensation policy. When I was about to leave, I gave notice period and they transfer my salary for notice period as well.

this is very stupid company. people who are looking to join in this company dont join in chennai. here they wont have any ethics, they will scold their subordinates like any thing. they will treet the empolyee as cheeper than cooly. especially Mr. Sathish will use very abusive words he doesnt know how to treet the employees. he will scold like any thing in local language.
