    I booked a flat in Godrej 101 (flat no F0001) and as per the booking contract I am entitled to receive a brokerage discount of 4.5% for which I have to submit few documents. One of them is Credit Note Redemption Form. From last 2 weeks I am trying to contact help desk of India Homes to get access to this form but no one has responded yet. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers? Isn't customer satisfaction on top of your priority list? Or do you value your customer only till the time deal is cracked after which you break all relationships with your customers? I am very unhappy and very disappointed with your customer care services. Please get back to me ASAP.

      India homes (India world technologies pvt. Ltd.) is a service provider for buying homes. I bought a house in panchsheel greens 1, noida extension through india homes in december 2014. For that they have issued me a credit note of 1 lakh and said that it will be en cashed with in 3 to 6 months.
      As per credit note, india homes will have to give me 1 lakh credit note amount after they receive 100 percent brokerage from builder.
      In june 2015 india homes send me a mail that they got 100 percent brokerage amount from builder and they will process a credit note amount and it will take 3 months. But after three months they give me new date to know the status and always give the same reply.
      I am following them from last six and they are doing nothing.

      Latest mail i got on 1st april 2016 from india homes according to which the expected pay-out timeline has been extended and the pay-out cheque dated 30th may is expected to be handed over to me on or by 15th may 2016.
      Then i called their helpline number and other numbers, no one is replying and almost all the numbers are switched off except one (Mr. Mayank ravi, cell no:[protected]), which he is not picking.

      I went to their branch office in gurgaon, from where i got credit note letter. That branch is also closed.


      So according to term and conditions of credit note, specially point no 3 and 4, i must get my money against the credit note.

        I had booked 2 flats through IndiaHomes in Indiabulls Greens Panvel project. I had negotiated with IndiaHomes to pass back a part from their commission, if I book these 2 flats. This was a normal commercial transactions. They had committed in a mail that they will process the pass back @ INR 40000 per booking once 20% of the payment is made. I was shocked that the Sales person (Vijay Singh from their Mumbai office) informed me that the pass back was disapproved. This was despite the mail commitment before bookings were made. I ma raising a red flag on IndiaHomes for prospective customers. Please do not bok through IndiaHomes. They are BIG CHEATS. Regards, Amit [protected]

            My name is Niloy and I have booked a flat in Mantri Webcity ( A 501), Bangalore through your company’s agent Mr. Srinivasa (srinivasa.[protected]@indiahomes.com ) .
            At the time of booking Mr. Srinivasa has promised me a discount for Rs 40 per sq ft ,he also mentioned that this amount will be handed over to me in cash once Indiahomes get its commission from Mantri Developer.
            Mantri Developer has already paid their commission to Indiahomes , but unfortunately I did not get my share promised earlier . Now it is more than 4 months and I am still waiting .

            I have raised my concern with multiple peoples at Indiahomes and also written email to [protected]@indiahomes.com and [protected]@indiahomes.com . No one bothered to respond me with any clarification .

            What is worse that is that Mr. Srinivasa dosnot respond to my phone and SMS messages . I feel I have been cheated and your agent has breached the contract .

            I want immediate attention from your higher authorities to resolve this issue .
