Credit note for brokerage discount against booking flat in godrej 101

Money against credit note not processed

India homes (India world technologies pvt. Ltd.) is a service provider for buying homes. I bought a house in panchsheel greens 1, noida extension through india homes in december 2014. For that they have issued me a credit note of 1 lakh and said that it will be en cashed with in 3 to 6 months.
As per credit note, india homes will have to give me 1 lakh credit note amount after they receive 100 percent brokerage from builder.

Not meeting Financial commitment by IndiaHomes

I had booked 2 flats through IndiaHomes in Indiabulls Greens Panvel project. I had negotiated with IndiaHomes to pass back a part from their commission, if I book these 2 flats.
