This complain is against NetGains Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located at Corporate Avenue, Goregoan (E), Mumbai. This company is completely unprofessional and big cheaters. The directors(Mr Rishikesh Somshetty( Big cheater and chamdii too)) always holds last 2 month salary of the employees who wishes to leave the company. Even to release required document, they force the employee to sign unnecessary letter/agreement so that they (employee) aren't in position to complain about them. They even provide false promises to new joiners and don't give them appointment letter for 3-4 months.

    NetGains Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is very unprofessional and gives false promises to their employees. Best part is that they dont clear pendign dues. This is how they have earn huge money....and even they have not cleared my Rs.1.75L. They try all sort of ways to ditch their employee and even the client. I strongly advise people not to work there....I lost lot of money. Regards Manav

    You can call us on +[protected] and talk to our HR Team. We are here to assist you with your grievances.
    If you were in sales please let the world know how much business you bought for the company during your
    tenure with us. The company also has sound legal proof when you tried to malign us at JustDial for no reason.

    Please also let the world know why you left the previous company and why you were having difficulty in getting a
    new job.

    We are a law abiding Company and hence so many large customers have been taking services from
    the company. The company has been enrolled by Microsoft for it's BizSpark program and also been
    enrolled into GoI MSME program (Our MSME number is : 010272).

    We feel it is an attempt by you to malign our companies name.

    * Company has always worked for employee benefit.
    * Has given good appraisals to performing employees.
    * Has flexible working hours
    * There are many employee who have been with the company for years and years.

    gentlemen, you must have received our offer and appointment letter. We suggest you
    get it notarized and publish it here for the World to see!

    Really shocked & surprised that NetGains still have guts to lie when each and every employee has grievances against them because you don't pay them for their work. Do I need to show you your FALSE cheques that you gave me out of pressure but never cleared it. Finally it got bounced back. Its really hard to imagine that any corporate cheque gets bounced. But anything is possible at NetGains.

    I am sure, you have complete count of number of visits that I made to your office for clearing my dues...must be 50+ visits. And on this forum you saying that we are here to assist you for your grievances. Complete hypocrisy.

    Why you talking about appointment letter, I have never complained about it...its always about the salary that is due and I always felt that I was cheated by NetGains. Just check with your accounts and let me know if you have ever paid me even 1 month salary? You really expect that within 15 days on joining a sales person should generate millions of business for you. Now I know, why 9/10 people leaves NetGains immediately after joining. Tell me a single employee who doesn't have any complains on leaving your company...really tough to find.

    I actually prefers to communicate on this open forum. I hope, all ex-NetGains employee reads it.
    I don't care either you are enrolled for BizSpark or Gol MSME, I just need my dues to be cleared. I hope, this is 100th time I am saying this but you never interested to entertainment anyone who talks about the payments.:).
    completely agree with Manavsain...

    cheater netgains technology.

    keeps salary pending.

    not clearling dues and false promises.

      NetGains Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is COMPLETE FRAUD company. They uses pirated software's, copy other products/solutions and give false promises to their client as well as employees. They don't pay salaries to staff and if they wish to leave because of this reason, they even make their situation worse by not clearing dues, required documents etc.

      Can can someone suggest, how to deal with such people/company? Is their any authority who can justify employees case and get justice for them. These people take lot of advantage as their isn't any system to teach lesson to them. I seriously want them to deal professionally with everyone and be genuine to even their customers.

      If you worked with the company why not talk to HR and get your issues addressed. Employee employer relation is no more the way, it was 20-50 years before. Today any employee can easily get a new job in a weeks time if he is a performer.

      Does the company of 25 Cr annual turnover benefits by eating employees few thousand? Stop spreading such false information and if you were really a genuine employee get in touch with HR or if the company fails to address your concerns you can approach the courts.

      because i know, netgains have no guts to take this into court otherwise paying penalties for previous employees can shut down the company.

        Hello Sir,

        This complain is against NetGains Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located at Corporate Avenue, Goregoan (E), Mumbai. This company is completely unprofessional and big cheaters. The directors always holds last 2 month salary of the employees who wishes to leave the company. They even provide false promises to new joiners and don't give them appointment letter for 3-4 months. I haven't seen any of the employee who left this company have gone on good note. They always need to donate at least 2 month salary over here if they dare to leave.

        Forget about the old/previous employee, I can bet if there is any HAPPY staff in their current list of employee.

        Please advise if something can be done as my 2+ month salary along with documents are pending and they want me to sign unnecessary letters. This guys are actually playing with candidates future and even put their family in crisis.

        I strongly advise everyone NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY.
