Netmeds — Amount Deducted from Credit card but order not placed

I have placed an order on Netmeds app, payment was successful amount deducted from my credit card but order not placed not received any message and mail even order is not showing in app order list....

I have cancelled my order but my amount is not got refunded after 10+days I have done my payment via UPI as per policy it should return in 2 days

I have raised concern to team but no action taken yet
Please send my amount today or I will add complete to RBI...
