      NetMeds ORDER ID:[protected]AS01, ORDER PLACED ON 9th Sep-2023, the order was not delivered, and the damaged packet of the order was returned to origin by the courier, but the refund is not issued yet.
      Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      More than ten times contacted with netmeds, but they are not working at all.

        My order no[protected]W is still stuck at processing state for the last 72 hours and even I contacted the support at netmeds I am getting the same message that it is to picked up by the courier company. Kindly bring some professionalism into your work and do something about the delivery .

          Address:67 Kunjapuri Vihar, Haridwar Bypass Road, Ajabpur Khurd, Deharadun

          I visited around 1130 hrs today at Netmeds Branch (Smart Point of Reliance Store) at Haridwar Bypass Road, Ajabpur Khurd, Deharadun to buy medicines.

          I had asked for Zithorx 500mg (Cipla), which was shown to me by Mr Pankaj. However, at the time of billing I notice a different medicine. On questioning I was told by Mr Pankja that Zithorx 500mg (Cipla) is not uploaded in the accounting system as software is not updated by company.

          I may mention here that this is the second time I have face the same kind of problem and same response. Those salespersons who are denting the image of your company should be fired without notice.

          Kindly look into this matter and try to resolve before situation goes out of control.

            I was booking for a bloodtest pakage for which i paid 979 on 23, Aug, 2023 which was debited from my account but the order got stuck inbetween and failed please refund my money.

            i have attached both phonepay receipt and bank account statement

            in era of 2023 refund from netmeds is not happening we have to write till bone pain.

            please refund or else going to send u a legal notice.

              I have booked a diagnostic service on Netmeds.com on Aug 16, 2023 7.46am, Order ID=DIAG[protected] and paid 917 rupees my Indusind creditcard was debited but the order didinot went through despite repeated emails and calls still didnot got refund for same

                I Order Medicines in Bulk The Payment was Done through Paytm UPI and the Payment was Successful But when I go to Netmeds app, I can’t see the Order that I’ve placed.

                      So I placed an order on Netmeds on[protected]. I made the payment to them via twidpay. Money was deducted from my bank account but the order wasn’t placed. I contacted twid pay and they confirmed me that the amount was credited to Netmeds account. When contacted Netmeds keeps on saying that they haven’t received the amount. Netmeds asked me to request a charge back from my bank. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the amount was credited to Netmeds and they can’t provide a charge back. I am attaching my conversation with twid pay, bank mail confirming that Netmeds have received the amount and my UPI transaction details from my bank..

                                    Refund not received it's been months

                                    I had ordered medicines in April first week and returned one medicine, to which they refunded in NMS cash and I asked them to send to my bank account instead but have not received a refund till date. In that same week I contacted the customer care via chat and asked them about refund update, they said it will 2-3 weeks or more.                                     [protected] is my mobile number and there I ordered some medicines however my order has been declined. Refund my money, otherwise, I file a complaint against you. [protected]@gmail.com is my Gmail. Refund my money as soon as possible and now if you won't respond I will severely take police action against you and complaint a case in high court for making fraud things..
