Medicines not delivered even after 5 days of delivery date and no support from customer care

I had ordered medicines from Netmeds for which delivery date was 18th August. It is almost end of 23rd August 2025 and yet I haven't received my order. I connected with the customer service team at Netmeds through email, but they are not helping and would just say that we are checking. The medicines I needed urgently for my parents. Now my parents went to another city and yet I have not got my order. I want immediate delivery of medicines...

I am extremely frustrated with the negligence from Netmeds. I placed a prepaid order on 26th January 2025, yet it has not been dispatched despite multiple follow-ups. Your team has given false assurances, my calls are now being dropped, and emails are being ignored, which is highly unprofessional. My order contains essential healthcare products, and this delay is causing unnecessary stress. Order ID: FY6795DB400E66039499, total ₹1, 253.40, including Silk Worm Shampoo 100ml and MINICHEK [censored]LTRA Solution. I demand an immediate dispatch and a clear response on the delay.     Not got Refund

    I have cancelled my order but my amount is not got refunded after 10+days I have done my payment via UPI as per policy it should return in 2 days

    I have raised concern to team but no action taken yet

    I placed an order this morning on January 9, 2024 from Netmeds website. Payment got deducted from my credit card but order didn't placed.

    I tried reaching out their chat support but their response was not convincing, they just closed the chat window without any proper response. They also didn't agree to provide a written proof about the payment which has been deducted.

    Please help me in getting the refund.

          NetMeds ORDER ID:[protected]AS01, ORDER PLACED ON 9th Sep-2023, the order was not delivered, and the damaged packet of the order was returned to origin by the courier, but the refund is not issued yet.
          Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          More than ten times contacted with netmeds, but they are not working at all.

            My order no[protected]W is still stuck at processing state for the last 72 hours and even I contacted the support at netmeds I am getting the same message that it is to picked up by the courier company. Kindly bring some professionalism into your work and do something about the delivery .

              I visited around 1130 hrs today at Netmeds Branch (Smart Point of Reliance Store) at Haridwar Bypass Road, Ajabpur Khurd, Deharadun to buy medicines.

              I had asked for Zithorx 500mg (Cipla), which was shown to me by Mr Pankaj. However, at the time of billing I notice a different medicine. On questioning I was told by Mr Pankja that Zithorx 500mg (Cipla) is not uploaded in the accounting system as software is not updated by company.

              I may mention here that this is the second time I have face the same kind of problem and same response. Those salespersons who are denting the image of your company should be fired without notice.

              Kindly look into this matter and try to resolve before situation goes out of control.

                I was booking for a bloodtest pakage for which i paid 979 on 23, Aug, 2023 which was debited from my account but the order got stuck inbetween and failed please refund my money.

                i have attached both phonepay receipt and bank account statement

                in era of 2023 refund from netmeds is not happening we have to write till bone pain.

                          So I placed an order on Netmeds on[protected]. I made the payment to them via twidpay. Money was deducted from my bank account but the order wasn’t placed. I contacted twid pay and they confirmed me that the amount was credited to Netmeds account. When contacted Netmeds keeps on saying that they haven’t received the amount. Netmeds asked me to request a charge back from my bank. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the amount was credited to Netmeds and they can’t provide a charge back. I am attaching my conversation with twid pay, bank mail confirming that Netmeds have received the amount and my UPI transaction details from my bank..
