New Cool Aircon Services — New cool aircon services is worst service i have ever felt | |||||
Dear officer, Actual problem is defrost is not working properly, called toll free number and raised complaint, they have sent one person, checked refrigerator and told simply sensor problem, it will cost 1700.. And mentioned 6 months warrently will be there.. So i paid total of 2050 rupees including 350 service/visiting charges. The bill gave in the name of "new cool aircon services", When i asked why the bill is not in whirlpool name, he told that its their service partner servicing whirlpool company. I did n't see any improvement or performance, but that guy told observe for 24 hrs, So i checked whole instead of resolving the issue, i see ice formed heavily. I called number there in the bill[protected] and [protected]) from next time onwards people are not giving proper response. I requested them to come and replace sensor the old one and return back the money, they are saying they will not return any money and not willing to come to replace the sensor with old one. Response is very bad. Even website mentioned in the receipt is not working. Please take necessary actions against them and do the needful to get my money back. . Was this information helpful? | |||||

We have taken service from your company for AC service. One Mr. Arshad filled gas and gave 6months guarantee, gave bill. AC cooling effect was only for 48hrs. I called customer care number at least 10times. Every time the lady who pics up (Anese and lavanya), acting to be polite says will send technician in 1hr. It's been a week, we are following up you guys are just playing. She said once sameer khan is going to come, once rahmann, once faizuddin. When we called the original tech who came, Arshad, he was very abusive and rude. Your service is pathetic. I lost patience and would want to file a cheating case on your company with the phone recordings and bills I have got, if no immediate action is taken.

New cool aircon services is the fraud service provider. We got our AC repair and there is no improvement and it's not working. When we tried to reach their mobile numbers, both are switched off. They have given bill also, we don't know, how they are still providing their services, please take necessary actions and do the needful
