I;am Sunil Gupta from House no 319 Sector 10 Sikandra Agra bring your attention about the scheme of Naturre Valley Residency near Tappal Jewar floated by New Era Structural Technology P Ltd.whose partners are Shammi Bhandari and his son Himanshu Bhandari. Here they had planned to sell plots of different dimension by launching a scheme under Madhyam Vargiya Bhukhand Avantan in january 2015 for which they had promised to handover such plots in next 18 months after developing them to purchasers but till now they had failed in developing the proposed land in Tappal;District Aligarh thereby collecting huge amounts from buyers through their agents and thus indulging fraudulent transactions from intended buyers.The land under this so acquired from farmers had been sold to multiple buyers and said company had so far failed in refunding the hard earned money from proposed buyers.One such buyers is Contour Buildcon P Ltd.whose purchase agreement i had seen from other dealers.I also bring to notice no development activities had been carried out there. Noida police is not doing any criminal proceeding against Shammi Bhandari and his son.
Authorities from Greater Noida including RERA are not doing any criminal proceeding against this company since above project had been registered in UPRERA as UPRERAPRJ15633 and its promoter had also been registered as UPRERAPRM41647. Therefore it is advised to beware from such sellers and RERA authorities are advised to file a case against this builder/promoter.

New Era structural Technologies a Delhi based company whose office is now located at B-11 FF Sector 19 Noida owned. by Shammi Bhandari and his son Himanshu bhandari had floated a scheme of Madhyam Varghiya bhukhand avantan scheme at Tappal Jewar near Expressway Noida where plots of different sizes were sold out in three phases of this scheme but none of its investors were given plots instead this company had sold out the land to Contour Buildcon thereby committed such a big fraud to their investors. In second phase they had formed a YEBA concern whose account they had open ed.in ICICI bank at Preet Vihar Delhi where two of its employee were to operate this account are Mr Sulab Singh and Mr Vaseem Ahmad Khan whom they are ignoring as it's employee and claiming YEBA a different concern whom they are not knowing. Intact YEBA is the concern of its own company where they had collected the proceeds of 2nd phase and later on transfer the balance proceeds from it to their own account.
This way they had cheated their investors and allegedly consumed the whole proceeds of scheme.
A strict action to be taken against this company by concerned authorities. Further people are advised not to indulge in such a fraudulent scheme of this company.
