I Sunil Gupta Ro 319 Sector 10 Awas Vikas SIKANDRA Agra 282007 wants to bri ng your notice about above project promoted and developed by this company wherein they had started selling plots in January 2015 which had now been turned into a big fraud. This company is owned by Shammi Bhandari and his son Himmanshu Bhandari and registered with under RERA by registered no UPRERAPRM41647. When I visited the site recently to find out that they were not having land in their name and whatever the land earlier purchased from farmers had been sold out to a company named Contour Buildcon In the wake of the selling plots they had collected huge amounts of money from buyers and now not in the position to handover the possession of the plots further they are not returning the money of the buyers Police authorities from Agra and Noida failed to initiate actions against them despite repeated reporting matter in Jansunwai portal o[censored]P Government
Hence authorities were asked to take corrective measures here and penalized the defaulters for misappropriation of funds of buyers and cheating and forgery to buyers
